 Hey blog, today I will be editing my music video. The editing software I will be using is Filmora. This is the same software I used to edit my music video. Since I used filmora before and made a purchase it should be easy for me to navigate through the app. This app has so many features and that’s why I love it. This app has many transitions, sound effects, music, and more so I don’t have to worry about downloading and exporting. I’m also able to drag, move, trim, and crop the video as needed within the app. When I did my music video I used my laptop to edit.  Unfortunately, that’s not an option for me since my laptop is currently giving me problems. I planned on using my brother’s laptop to edit but I wasn’t able to transfer the videos from my phone to the laptop. I saw a QR to download filmora on my device so that’s what i did.  After the gift opening scene the doorbell ring and the next scene is the friends looking at the camera. I had a perfume box that was decorated, so we put the note in there to put it outside.  Earlier before we stared filming i put the box outside and someone moved it.  I went outside to look for the box and I couldn’t find it. I asked everybody if they moved it and where did they put it. Since nobody couldn’t tell me where the box was I had to check the camera. I’m glad the camera recorded who did it. I had to scroll about an hour back to see Felisha moved it into the bushes so it wouldn’t be seen in the first scene. Once we had the box in place everyone gathered around the google Home Screen and said their lines. Nobody practiced their lines except for Christel so there was a little improvising to save time. The first scene we were filming was Christel walking up to the door to let her friends in. Everyone went outside with their props ands gifts except for Christel. I told my brother to send her a message saying “we outside” so i can film the message and her walking up to the door.  We had to refill this scene about 5 times, since they kept messing up and looking at the camera. Felisha wanted the camera to see Chatae in the back, so I filmed the last 3 boys walking up to try to see Chatae in the background. I don’t think i will use this scene since we have a limited space to meet the time frame. The next scene we filmed was everyone playing uno. We had to give everyone a random cards and everyone had a plus 2 but Felisha for the uno game.  This scene took us so many tries. They are so loud when we were trying to play and the one time i needed to talk they couldn’t.  Hey blog, today I will be talking about filming my final task!  For my final task we had way more people in it then we had in the music video. The week before we film, we went to round round one for my birthday.  This was a great way for everyone to get to know each other since they would be filming with each other.  A few days before we filmed sent out the scripts and made sure everybody would be attending.   Unfortuently lelia wasnt able to help us film. The day we filmed was a bit troublesome. The morning of, I had to clean the who house and make sure it was film ready. it wasnt bad because i had my parents helping me.   We planned to film at 6 when it was dark. We pick 6 because it was late enough that it was dark and early enough that we would be able to finish before it was late. Unfortunently we were ubable to film at six because Christel and Bella said they would be late. Chatae and Felisha arrived around 5:30 so we can get everything ready to...

 This is my storyboard.  

  The font we chose we used in the title project was called Horizon. The colors we used were back and white like printing with no color ink.  The title as of right now will be “Where’s Tae?” We will use a fade-in and fade-out transition to introduce the titles and the actor's names will come up in the very beginning as they walk into the house for the sleepover. The actors' names will appear each for one second and the title “Where the will appear at the end of our short film for 3 to 5 seconds. 

 Location: Kaydiane's House Kaydiane: Director, Editor, Producer Actors: Avoine Leila Chatae Felisha Christel Jaiden Possible Actors:  Dazira Lynn Isabella Jaden Keiron Health: We will have parent supervision, if it's cold outside for the scene where Chatae ( the missing sister) is outside she will wear a jacket to prevent her from getting sick.  Schedule: 2:00: Kaydiane and I need to buy props, equipment to film that we don't have, and food for our actors.  3:00: Jaiden and Felisha are giving rides to those who need it 4:00: Everyone needs to be here ( we know someone will be late or missing something and we need time to fix any last-minute things).  4:30 5:30 Everyone needs to look over the script and memorize their lines. Helping us prep the props for the scenes that Kaydiane and I haven;t finished and gift wrapping.  6:00-8:30: (it should be dark enough to film) We will film all our shots  9:00: thank our actors and send them home.
